At CampersHub, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. That’s why we offer flexible cancellation options to accommodate your needs. Please review the following cancellation policy:
- Campsite Owner’s Cancellation Policy
Each campsite listed on CampersHub may have its own cancellation policy, which will be clearly outlined during the booking process. It’s important to review the specific cancellation policy of the campsite you’re interested in before making a reservation.
- Standard Cancellation Policy
In cases where the campsite owner’s cancellation policy does not apply or is not specified, the following standard cancellation policy will apply:
- Cancellations made [10 days] or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable service fees.
- Cancellations made between [5 days] and [3 days] prior to the scheduled check-in date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the discretion of CampersHub and the campsite owner.
- Cancellations made within [1 days] of the scheduled check-in date are not eligible for a refund.
- How to Cancel
To cancel a reservation, log in to your CampersHub account and navigate to your bookings. Select the reservation you wish to cancel and follow the prompts to initiate the cancellation process. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted through CampersHub’s platform.
- Refund Processing
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within [X] business days of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the reservation.
- Extenuating Circumstances
In certain cases, such as natural disasters or unforeseen emergencies, CampersHub may provide exceptions to the standard cancellation policy. If you believe your cancellation request falls under extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
